Words have power.
Using Affirmations daily contributes to the success of changing your sub-conscious mind.
Before we get started, it’s apparent that you understand something.
Talking with the Divine, with Spirit, with God, is often a two-way street. Though we have been conditioned to believe that it is just a one-way street and if we hear voices then we must be crazy, and institutionalized.
If you look at a lot of religions, there are documented cases where people are speaking with the Divine. I don’t personally understand why we have come to pretend that it isn’t normal. Of course it would be normal for us to speak to our Creator.
So, if you start to hear a small voice in your mind(my first experience was in 2019 and I have held onto that precious little voice since) you’re not crazy and you’re on the right path.
Some of the work in here is from my own personal experience, and others from books and other spiritual leaders.
It’s also really important to challenge what you perceive as yourself.
Who are you, really?
Let’s do an exercise before we even start the affirmation section of this.
Write down everything that you think you are. This is usually what we ramble when speaking about ourselves:
Ex: Hi, I’m Maria. I’m 34 years old, I work remotely as a data analyst for a tech company. I grew up in Brooklyn, but I decided to move to Costa Rica for a more fulfilling life. I have $40 in my bank account, but I get paid on Friday and I don’t need a lot to live anyway. I’m 5’5'“ and I have brown hair that is streaked with sun as I love to surf at the beach.
This is actually not you. At all. This is a physical aspect of you, yes, but you are much bigger and much deeper than all of this.
Now, I want you to write down Who you really are.
Ex: I am a limitless being. My life is a miracle. I am energy experiencing itself in a material world. I am a child of God. I am a creation of the Creator. Spirit works and dwells within me.
This is much more accurate.
Feel free to write your own, but make sure it is without the confinements of the 3D world.
And when you read the affirmations on this section, make sure you read them with conviction in your voice. Even better if you look into the mirror while doing them, or pre-record a voice note of yourself saying them so you can listen everyday.

I claim my blessings now
I AM attuned to the blessings of answered prayer now
I AM blessed as I share the light of Spirit within me
Every cell in my body is saturated with blessings. I share these blessings with all and rejoice that I now live life fully
I AM so blessed I bless others

Inner Guidance
I AM divinely guided in all my ways
I trust my higher self. I listen with love to my inner voice

I open my spiritual eyes to see all that God shows me, I open my spiritual eats to all that God speaks to me
I allow the inner voice of the divine to be heard, now
I release any and all fear of my inner guidance
I AM connected to my highest self and I trust my highest self
Every answer I seek resides within me.
I allow stillness to reveal the truth beneath the noise.
My heart and mind work together to guide me toward my highest good.
I honor my inner compass and let it direct my choices.

Divine Purpose
I trust that divine right action is always taking place in my life. I AM at peace.
I AM giving expression to my perfect divine potential now
Centred in God, I now fulfill my divine purpose
My will has a spiritual origin, a spiritual character, and a spiritual purpose.
I am here for a reason, and my life has sacred meaning.
My divine purpose unfolds perfectly in divine timing.
I am guided by a higher wisdom that knows my true path.
Every experience I have is shaping me for my soul’s mission.
I align my actions with my higher calling each day.

I let go of all negative beliefs about myself. I know the truth that I AM a one-of-a-kind divine original, created in God’s likeness and image.

I honour who I am, exactly as I am, in this moment.
My worth is inherent, unchanging, and not dependent on others.
I give myself permission to take up space and be seen.
I choose to speak to myself with compassion and grace.
Loving myself is not selfish — it is essential.
