Meet me, the founder of True Alchemy Academy
My name is Kai-Lee(sounds like kayleigh) Worsley, and I founded True Alchemy Academy with a mission to Express God by bringing you into Divine Alignment.
Why did I start True Alchemy Academy?
Well, the idea first came to me after a very intense breath work session.
I had just mourned the metaphorical death of my parents, and I was laying on the ground after finally finding my voice, feeling my pain and letting it go.
The sky was bright blue, and suddenly, a white bird appeared, bringing a message with it.
The message was simple: The Temple of Hathor came, and I was again standing on the rooftop, looking at the ancient symbols and feel the vibration of the school/learning/sacred place it used to be.
In that moment I knew exactly what I had to do: Build a school dedicated to ancient wisdom, a school that would help bring the ancient ways to the modern world to Divinely Align people with God.
At first I wasn’t sure where to start, so I began with a podcast. For about a year I ran this podcast until one day I thought I wasn’t going to go any further with TAA and I should focus on my Social Media Agency instead.
I closed the podcast down and days later, 2 of my biggest clients terminated their contracts with me.
Of course, I knew it was God’s way of putting me back on the path and in more of an intense way since I now had so much more free-time and less monthly income.

Fast Forward 6 months
Now, I’ve created a space in Athens, on a roof, where I have been teaching people how to align themselves with their divine selves.
We’ve been able to expand into Retreats, as well as an Online Academy.
What makes me a leader in this world of spirituality?
A few years ago, I had known there was more God to be connected with. I didn’t know how to get there, I just knew there was more for me.
I ended up finding some amazing Shamans who helped heal a 500 year curse on my bloodline, and fill me with intense energy that healed so much of my ancestral traumas and beliefs.
It was so good in fact, I went back a second time to see what type of healing I was supposed to perform. I had originally thought it would’ve been acupuncture, herbal medicine, or something in this realm.
Instead, the Shamans told me that I was meant to do the same thing as them: Be a Shaman. Heal with energy.
And so, two nights later, I astral projected out of my body, went into the Upper World to play with the giant plants, came back into my body and awoke to two Native American Shaman Spirits in my room. One was smudging and the other was playing the flute.
That was the day I knew I had touched that part of myself that I had been yearning for.
It took YEARS for me to get to this point, and so I created True Alchemy Academy for two reasons:
1) The bird gave me the message and I knew I had to do.
2) I want to be of service, in a grounded and spiritual way for humanity.
I have already gone through a lot in my short time in this life on earth, but I have brought the tools with my from past lives, spirit guides and everything in between to help heal those who are ready to receive.
What do I do inside of True Alchemy?
I offer a variety of classes and retreats focusing on yoga, breath work, meditation, and psychic practices. I have created a unique community in Athens where we conduct sessions on a rooftop, blending physical and spiritual alignment practices.
My training includes Yoga, Reiki and Shamanic practices(as you know), which I use to guide individuals on journeys of self-discovery and healing.
What else do I do?
In addition to the wellness work, I am also a published fiction author. My debut novel, Warrior of Earth, explores themes of women's issues and environmentalism within a fantasy setting.
This work, available on Amazon, is part of a planned series that delves into the struggles and strengths of her protagonist, Emilia, who harnesses powers from the Earth to combat the antagonists.
As well as being published in English, Warrior of Earth has been picked up by one of the top publishing houses in Greece: Kaktos.
My background before starting True Alchemy Academy
I also have a background in social media marketing, having founded Spirit Infused Marketing. This platform bridges the gap between consumers and brands by building trust and loyalty through strategic social media engagement. My experience spans from my modelling and photography career to mastering social media marketing, which I share through various platforms.

Early Life
I grew up in a neighbourhood in Edmonton, Alberta, which was home to those mostly on government assistance and I had seen a lot of things from drug addicts, to criminal activity, violence and despair. This is what has pushed me so hard to build something that offers people a way out of hopelessness.
Something that means you can go somewhere to do the work for yourself without judgement, and with practical tools to get you out of the darkness.
I saw a lot of things inside of my home, and outside of it that made me want to quit life early on. I wasn’t suicidal, but I definitely wanted to evaporate out of my skin. But I knew…
I knew that one day things would be better and that God was always guiding me. And so even when my friends were doing hardcore drugs, stealing, fighting, drinking, sealing drugs, I knew that I could never go beyond a certain threshold because I was meant for more.
So, I fought.
I fought against everything on the outside world, and stood still in a raging storm to form the person I am today.
A person that can guide you if you’re willing.
