Are you ready to walk through and live in the portal?

Get away from the modern world for a bit, and live, breathe, eat and laugh ancient wisdom.

The door to Divine Alignment is beckoning you…

Imagine a life where you wake up in the morning and dread isn’t even a word that exists for you.

You wake up and the birds chirp, the sounds don’t bother you, they elevate you.

The smells of the day are embodied and you breath with a full breath instead of a shallow anxious one.

Getting out of bed is the easiest thing because you’ve finally found something worth living for, and you’re not feeling anything close to burn out… If anything, you are feeling MORE energized. The most you’ve ever felt in your life.

Imagine for a second that the relationships around you are full of so much love that you can actively heal inside of them, and show all your emotions without feeling like someone is going to take advantage of that, or ignore them, or not understand them.

And even better, when you look in the mirror, you FEEL the love you have inside of yourself.

You no longer pick yourself apart and see all your flaws, but instead notice all the places that you truly are beautiful. You noticed the lines on your face and see that you’ve lived a life of smiles, the scars that show you’ve overcome and lived through challenges, the different colours in your eyes and the way they light up when you think of something that makes you happy.

And with all of this? Money flows to you. All your bills are paid effortlessly. You have opportunities to thrive inside and out of your career, and you see that things are naturally showing up in your life when you need them.

This is what everyday can be like when you live inside of Divine Alignment.

And yes, it can feel frightening to imagine a life of peace… You’ve only really known chaos. But come and join us to see what life is really about.

Divine Alignment is your natural birth right.

You deserve to wake up everyday feeling the immense joy and happiness that is available to you through God and the universe.

And I’m ready to bring you to this point.

In 6 days we are going to remove and identify the blocks you’ve created that have cut you off from source so that when you return home, you have a renewed sense of purpose, inner peace and who you are.

Through a carefully curated program to work with each Chakra’s energy, you will embark on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth—just like I have.

Because I could never teach what I don’t practice, and I’ve walked through the portal, becoming Divinely Aligned, and now I’m here to create a space where you can do the same.

The transformation you will undergo during this retreat is not just temporary — it sets the foundation for long-term spiritual and personal growth.

You will leave feeling lighter, more self-aware, deeply connected to your inner truth, and empowered to live a life of purpose, peace, and fulfillment.

Join me for an unforgettable week of fun, relaxation, and profound self-exploration.

Rediscover who your soul is begging you to be and bring it back into its natural state of Divine Alignment.

Dive more into details about Divine Alignment!

We built a program to work with the Chakras—and cleanse them

Day 1 - Root Chakra

We begin at the base of the Chakra system so that we can create a solid foundation to build upon. It’s very dangerous to chase enlightenment without first grounding ourselves on earth. Day 1 we start with yoga and then shift our focus on grounding in nature. After all, nature is the best thing to teach us on how to ground.

The Root Chakra, also known as Muladhara, is the foundation of the chakra system, located at the base of the spine, near the coccyx. It's associated with Earth energy and governs our sense of safety, security, and basic survival needs. A balanced Root Chakra contributes to feeling grounded, stable, and connected to the physical world.

Key aspects of the Root Chakra:

  • Location: At the base of the spine, near the coccyx (tailbone).

  • Element: Earth, representing solidity, grounding, and stability.

  • Function: Focuses on our basic needs for survival, security, and stability.

  • Color: Red.

  • Symptoms of Imbalance: Feeling ungrounded, anxious, fearful, or having physical issues related to the lower back, legs, or feet.

  • Balancing Techniques: Practices like grounding exercises, spending time in nature, and using essential oils can help balance the Root Chakra, says Aromatherapy.

Day 2 - Sacral Chakra

The second chakra we work with is the sacral. We introduce breath work and a sunset dance to first, move our emotions with intensity, and then move again but with pleasure.

The sacral chakra, also known as Svadhisthana, is the second of the seven main chakras in the chakra system, located below the navel. It's associated with emotions, creativity, sensuality, and pleasure.

Key aspects of the sacral chakra:

  • Location: Located in the lower abdomen, a couple of inches below the navel.

  • Associated Colors and Elements: Orange in color and associated with the water element.

  • Meaning and Function: Represents emotions, creativity, sensuality, and the ability to feel and express pleasure.

  • Body Associations: Linked to the reproductive organs, kidneys, and lower back.

  • Symbol: Often depicted as a six-petaled lotus or a crescent moon, representing the relationship between the tides of water and the phases of the moon.

  • Balancing the Sacral Chakra: Practices like yoga, meditation, and mindfulness can help balance this chakra and address issues like emotional instability or lack of creativity.

  • Imbalance: An imbalance in the sacral chakra can manifest as issues with emotions, relationships, creativity, and sensuality.

Day 3 - Solar Plexus Chakra

Day 3 we shift our focus and work with our confidence and personal power. What better thing to do than boxing? Boxing is the oldest marital art there is, and it is far more than just hitting. It is an incredible mind-body connection where we feel our breath, move our body and see what else we can do with this vessel we have been gifted.

The Solar Plexus Chakra, also known as Manipura, is the third chakra in the chakra system, located in the upper abdomen between the navel and the rib cage. It is associated with personal power, self-esteem, confidence, and digestion. Balancing this chakra can improve digestion, boost self-confidence, and enhance one's sense of personal power.

Key Aspects of the Solar Plexus Chakra:

  • Location: Above the navel, just under the breastbone.

  • Associated Themes: Personal power, self-esteem, confidence, willpower, and digestive health.

  • Elemental Connection: Fire, representing the power of transformation and digestion.

  • Colour: Yellow, associated with the sun and energy.

  • Physical Manifestation: Plays a role in digestion, influencing the stomach, pancreas, gallbladder, small intestine, and liver.

  • Emotional Manifestation: Impacts self-worth, confidence, and feelings of power or powerlessness.

Imbalances and Their Manifestations:

  • Underactive: May lead to low self-esteem, lack of confidence, feelings of powerlessness, and digestive issues.

  • Overactive: Can result in arrogance, overconfidence, and difficulty switching off.

  • Blockages: May manifest as physical ailments like digestive problems, stress, and emotional imbalances.

Day 4 - Heart and Throat Chakra

We have built our foundation, moved our emotions and started to feel more empowered in our bodies now. So we move into opening up our hearts to feel joy and our throats to express it. To help our chest open, we begin with a sound bowl meditation, then pair off into groups to open up and speak.

The Heart Chakra, also known as Anahata in Sanskrit, is the fourth of the seven primary chakras in the human energy system. It is located in the center of the chest, near the heart, and is associated with love, compassion, and emotional balance.

Key Aspects of the Heart Chakra:

  • Location: The Heart Chakra is located in the centre of the chest, just above the heart.

  • Associated Themes: It governs love, compassion, empathy, and emotional connection with oneself and others.

  • Elemental Connection: It is also linked to the element air, the sense of sight, and the planet Venus.

  • Colour: Associated with the colour green or pink.

  • Physical Manifestation: The Heart Chakra is a bridge between the lower and upper chakras, connecting the physical world with higher spiritual awareness

  • Emotional Manifestation: An open and balanced Heart Chakra enables us to experience true love, joy, and forgiveness.

Signs of a Balanced and Imbalanced Heart Chakra:

    Balanced:

  • Feels a sense of love, compassion, empathy, and connection with others and oneself.

    Imbalanced (deficient):

  • May experience difficulty with love, a lack of empathy, and fear of intimacy.

    Imbalanced (overactive):

  • May become overly dependent on others, clingy, or struggle with boundaries.

Expressing ourselves can be hard. And that’s why we’ve introduced a singing circle. When we sing, we are actually healing ourselves. Our voice is a tool that we can use to be heard in circle, and to show us that it’s okay for others to hear us, and to hear others. There is no perfection in expression.

The throat chakra, also known as Vishuddha, is the fifth chakra in the chakra system, located in the throat area. It's primarily associated with communication, self-expression, and speaking one's truth. When the throat chakra is balanced, you can communicate clearly and confidently, express your feelings openly, and listen with empathy. Conversely, a blocked throat chakra can lead to difficulty articulating thoughts, feeling unheard, or struggling to express oneself.

Key Aspects of the Throat Chakra:

  • Location: Situated at the base of the throat, corresponding to the thyroid gland and the voice box.

  • Associated Themes: Governs communication, both verbal and written, and also influences listening and understanding

  • Elemental Connection: The element of nature associated with Vishuddha chakra is Ether. It's all about space – the essence of emptiness in which our true selves exist.

  • Colour: The throat chakra is represented by the colour blue.

  • Physical Manifestation: Enables self-expression, speaking one's truth, and connecting with your inner voice.

  • Emotional Manifestation: It's most associated with communication, self-expression, and manifestation. This center opens you to the higher wisdom of the divine or universe. As such it can act as a cynosure or North Star orienting you to the soul's purpose and how to manifest your dreams.

When the Throat Chakra is Imbalanced:

  • Symptoms: May include difficulty expressing yourself, feeling unheard, anxiety, or a lack of authenticity.

  • Impact: Can affect communication in relationships, work, and personal expression.

Day 5 - Third Eye and Crown Chakra

On the last day, we have arrived at some of the chakra that are more ethereal in nature. The third eye is the chakra that is almost formless. We are aware of everything in this chakra, and when we work it by opening up to our own innate physic abilities, we honour the natural energy this chakra has gifted us.

The third eye or brow chakra, also known as the Ajna chakra, is the sixth primary chakra and is located in the forehead, between the eyebrows. It is associated with intuition, perception, clarity, and spiritual connection. A balanced Ajna chakra allows for clear thinking, enhanced intuition, and a deeper understanding of oneself and the world.

Key Aspects of the Throat Chakra:

  • Location: Situated in the centre of the forehead, slightly above the eyebrows.

  • Associated Themes: Represents the "mind's eye" or "inner eye," providing perception beyond ordinary sight.

  • Elemental Connection: Light, which enables the ability to perceive form and shape.

  • Colour: Navy blue or deep indigo

    Functions and Benefits:

  • Intuition and Perception: Opens to a deeper understanding of events and intuition.

  • Clarity and Awareness: Fosters clear thinking and awareness of the self and surroundings.

  • Spiritual Connection: Facilitates connection with higher consciousness and spiritual realms.

  • Memory and Imagination: Enhances imagination, memory, and the ability to recall dreams.

  • Visualization: Strengthens the ability to visualize concepts and ideas.

  • Inner Peace: Promotes peace and a sense of balance when activated.

    Potential Imbalances:

  • Feeling Lost or Unclear: May experience a lack of direction or difficulty making decisions.

  • Difficulty with Intuition: May struggle to trust their gut feelings or have difficulty perceiving subtle energies.

  • Anxiety and Stress: Can lead to increased anxiety, stress, and mental fatigue.

We reach the final chakra at the very end of the program. This end is a beautiful balm to everything we have already learned. With a final meditation to meet your spirit guides and your highest self(my past participant has walked with Jesus), there are messages and key lessons you will take home.

The Crown Chakra, also known as Sahasrara, is the seventh and highest of the seven main chakras, located at the top of the head. It represents our connection to the divine, spiritual awareness, and a sense of unity with the universe. When the Crown Chakra is balanced, individuals may experience a deeper sense of trust, peace, and a feeling of being grounded in the present moment.

Key Aspects of the Throat Chakra:

  • Location: The Crown Chakra is located at the very top of the head, within the cerebral cortex.

  • Associated Themes: The Crown Chakra is often symbolized by a thousand-petaled lotus, representing the vastness and potential of the universe.

  • Elemental Connection: Associated with the element of Thought or Consciousness. It represents the highest state of awareness and connection to divine energy. This chakra's colour is violet and is located at the crown of the head, symbolizing merging with divine consciousness

  • Colour: It's associated with the color violet or light purple and represents our connection to our higher power, self, and the divine.

Benefits of a Balanced Crown Chakra:

  • Spiritual Growth: Facilitates a deeper understanding of our place in the universe and our connection to everything around us.

  • Inner Peace: Promotes a sense of calm, trust, and a feeling of being grounded in the present moment.

  • Detachment: Enables a benign detachment from worldly concerns, allowing for a more balanced and spiritual perspective.

  • Intuition: Enhances intuition and connection to inner wisdom.

  • Imbalanced Crown Chakra:

  • An imbalanced Crown Chakra can manifest as feelings of confusion, disinterest in spiritual practices, or difficulty connecting with higher powers.

    Balancing the Crown Chakra:

  • Various practices can help balance the Crown Chakra, including meditation, mindfulness, and spending time in nature.
