Our current offerings:
Hatha yoga
Hatha yoga is a slower practice, and you'll hold poses for longer than you would in a flow-style yoga class.
This means it's a great practice for beginners and for people who want a more gentle activity that can help reduce stress and create mind-body awareness.
Attending a Hatha yoga class weekly offers numerous physical, mental, and emotional benefits.
A philosophy I live by when teaching yoga is that there is no perfection. Yoga is less about shapes your body makes and more about the inner journey you get to embark on weekly.
Breath-work/Meditation:
Breath-work is a practice involving conscious control of breathing patterns to enhance physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
By attending a breath-work class, we are able to dive deeper into our bodies and move through emotions while in a safe space.
Work through your shadows, receive downloads and open up a part of yourself you may have never met before.
Full moon ceremonies:
Ceremonies during the full moon offer us a special time to connect with something bigger than ourselves. When we come and sit together, we see that we are all just human after all.
Plus, we get to release, share and feel more energized and understanding of ourselves when the ceremony is over.
It’s a sacred time.
Workshops:
We host different types of workshops which all somehow lead back to ancient wisdom.
Past workshops have included: awakening your psychic abilities, and intuition awakening, so you get the vibe of what we’re doing.
