The Breath: The Guide and The Healer 101

Come back into remembrance of your first, and the most ancient healer we have: the breath.

Unideal things happen to us all the time, and the body really does keep the score.

If we’re not conscious of it, the body will begin to shut down on us, remembering all the times we feared, ran away, couldn’t handle the emotional overload, were betrayed, forgotten, abused, mistreated and so forth.

Even worse, these patterns and such will take root in our subconscious mind, directing and dictating our lives even when we so badly want a change.

This course is designed to give you the tools to break out of these. To move your body into a state of healed, to bring your mind to the present, and to help you remember who you truly are.

Embark with Barbara, your somatic and breath expert, to a journey within. ⬇️

Barbara

Yoga Coach, and Meditation Teacher with over a decade of experience in somatic healing and inner transformation.

Her work bridges breath, movement, and awareness to help people reconnect with their bodies and uncover the subconscious patterns that block their growth. Barbara sees the breath as both a healer and a guide — a sacred doorway to emotional release, inner clarity, and deep self-trust.

Through gentle presence and intuitive insight, she supports others in healing from the inside out and returning home to their true essence.

What you’ll learn

  • The sympathetic (activates your fight-or-flight response) and the parasympathetic (rest-digest-heal mode). When overactive, the sympathetic system can keep you anxious and reactive.

  • Your breath is the only function of the autonomic system you can consciously control. Slow, deep breathing activates the vagus nerve, which communicates safety to the body and helps calm the system.

  • We will dive into the differences and how to tap into deep breathing to calm the nervous system.

  • Where you will learn to tell the difference
