What You’ll Need:
A journal or notebook
A candle (gold, orange, or yellow for Leo energy)(if you don’t have this specific colour, it’s fine. Just use white)
A crystal (optional: citrine, carnelian, or tiger’s eye for confidence)
A cup of tea or water
A quiet space
Steps:
Set the Mood
Find a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed.
Light your candle and hold your crystal (if using).
Take three deep breaths, inhaling confidence and exhaling doubt.
Gratitude & Reflection
Write down three things you are grateful for from the past month.
Reflect on how you have shown courage or self-expression recently.
Journaling Prompts
How can I shine my light more boldly in the world?
What creative desires or passions am I ready to embrace?
What fears or doubts am I ready to release to step into my power?
What would I do if I truly believed in myself without hesitation?
Release & Affirmation
On a separate piece of paper, write down any limiting beliefs, fears, or doubts you want to let go of.
Write a powerful affirmation (e.g., “I am radiant, confident, and express myself freely”) right underneath the limiting beliefs.
After you’ve finished writing the affirmations, cross OUT the limiting beliefs.
Ex:
I am afraid for others to seen me, and so I shrink myself to fit in.
I am comfortable shining, and I let myself be seen as the bright star I am.
Closing
Blow out the candle, thanking the moon for its guidance.
