If I wanted to raise my vibration, I would do this
When people talk about “raising your vibration,” they’re often pointing to a shift in energy, mood, and mindset that creates more flow, joy, and alignment in daily life. It’s not about being happy every second, but about intentionally choosing habits and practices that lift you closer to peace, clarity, and purpose.
If I wanted to raise my vibration, here’s what I would do:
1. Start with some stillness
Before I reach for my phone or get swept into the day’s chaos, I’d sit in silence. Even five minutes of mindful breathing can clear the mental clutter. This pause isn’t just about relaxation—it’s about creating space for intuition and gratitude to rise naturally.
I always start my day with a pause to come back to my body and then I write my dream down, which I teach inside my masterclass
2. Choose to nourish over numb
Food and drink hold energy. I’d choose meals that feel alive—fresh fruits, vegetables, whole foods—because they give my body fuel rather than fog. Hydration matters too; water is life. I’d notice when I reach for things that numb me (too much caffeine, sugar, or mindless scrolling) and ask, What am I really needing right now?
3. Move with intention
Movement shifts energy like nothing else. I’d stretch, dance, walk barefoot outside, or practice yoga—anything that reconnects me with my body. It doesn’t have to be a workout. It’s about joy in motion, not punishment or perfection.
4. Make sure my energy is guarded
Raising vibration also means becoming mindful of what (and who) I allow into my space. I’d notice which conversations leave me drained and which lift me up. Healthy boundaries aren’t selfish—they’re self-preservation.
5. Remember to stay in gratitude
Gratitude flips the script from lack to abundance(ps we talk about this more inside the Ancient Academy). I’d write down three things I’m thankful for every evening, no matter how small. Over time, this practice rewires the brain to seek the good, and that shift is magnetic.
6. Silence
I’d pay attention to what I consume—not just food, but media, music, and content. Does it uplift or deplete me? I’d curate a playlist that makes me feel expansive, read books that inspire growth, and step away from the endless news cycle when it becomes toxic.
7. Give more of what I want to receive
Energy multiplies when it’s shared. If I wanted more love, I’d offer kindness. If I wanted more abundance, I’d practice generosity. If I wanted more peace, I’d extend compassion. Giving is one of the fastest ways to align with higher frequencies.
8. Connect to nature because it heals
When in doubt, I’d go outside. Sunlight, fresh air, the grounding presence of trees—all of it recalibrates my nervous system. Even a few minutes of mindful connection with nature can dissolve heaviness and invite clarity.
And remember…
Raising your vibration isn’t about striving for perfection or bypassing hard feelings. It’s about remembering that you have tools to shift your energy at any moment. The more you choose alignment—through stillness, nourishment, movement, gratitude, boundaries, and connection—the more your external world begins to mirror that higher state.
If I wanted to raise my vibration, I’d begin with one small step today.
