Understand yourself better with this video.

The idea here is that dreams are a gateway to understanding ourselves better. Dreams have 7 levels that I have theorized based on the years of experience and paying attention to my own dreams and interpretations.

Levels of Dreams:

1) Subconscious — where your deeper mind is trying to communicate something with you

2) Shared Dreams/Visitors — this is when someone comes to YOUR dream and tells you something that is happening either in their life, or yours(these can happen with dead relatives, ancestors you haven’t met, angels or guides, and people who are still living in this realm, or others from different realms).

3) Travelling — this is when you go to other dimensions or places. They usually feel like it’s hard to come back to your body, or you feel very disoriented when you wake up and forget where you are.

4) Warning Dreams — these are easier to pinpoint because they are very clearly WARNING you or giving you some sort of heads up to pay close attention to something. Whether it’s a situation, place or person.

5) Premonition — gives you an idea of the day ahead

6) Answers — these dreams give you the answers to questions that you’ve been asking yourself. You can use a piece of paper with a written question, put it under your pillow, and be open to receiving guidance through the night/

7) Practice — in these dreams, you are able to practice certain skills that you have been wanting to learn.

Ways to tap into your mind:

  • Keep a dream journal beside you, and upon waking, immediately write everything down that you can remember

  • When you feel triggered, try to take a step outside of the trigger and feel that is actually being affected and why

  • When you see symbols, try to understand what they mean to you inside and outside of the dream world.
